Brief introduction:
- Roller center distance is adjustable via manual lead screw, so as to suitable for various weldments diameter.
- Rotation driving adopts two motor synchronized driven on both rollers, make the moment balance & minimized job slipping.
Conventional welding rotator description:
- The DC electronic function or Inverter comes with a remote control panel / operator pendant with interlocking reversing systems operating at temperatures in excess of 60%.
- Our set of conventional welding rotator consists of 2 parts: a motorized drive (power) unit & an idler supporting unit.
- The power unit is driven by a heavy duty AC motor which is designed according to internationally proven specifications to ensure constant speed with outer balance load of 15%.
- The heavy duty tyres are designed to 90 durable hardness with high stress rubber cushion mounts to absorb shock loads and prevent gear box damage.
- Various models ranging from 2tons to 500 ton capacity, higher models are custom built upon request.
