Welding roller description:
- Independent designed and manufactured by Ronniewell.
- According to the operation requirements of several pressure vessel factories.

- According with mechanical standard JB/T 9187-1999.
- Pipe welding roller is adopted to weld metal cylinder especially pressure vessel.
- The welding rollers have advantages of advanced technology, reliable quality and simple operation.
Feature of pipe welding roller:
- The welding roller series includes the self-alignment, the adjustable, the vehicle, the tilting and the anti-drift types.
- Conventional pipe welding roller can adjust the center distance by reserved screw holes or lead screw in order to adapt to diameter of work piece.
- Using double-motor driven, the welding roller driver adopt cycloidal planetary gear reducer or worm reduction gear mode.
- According to the customer’s requirements, the roller has three forms: sub-rubber tire roller, steel wheels, steel and plastic combination wheel.
- It can joint control with other equipments.
- The roller is mainly used for the welding polish rubber lining and assembly of cylindrical roller shell.
- Also it can assembly and weld together with other tooling for the cone inequality diameter rotary.
- This product is widely used in wind power, pressure vessel, petrochemical, pipeline, steel structure, boiler, shipbuilding, welding repair industry.
